All of our teams operate on the basis of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), which greatly contributes to the high quality of remote task performance. We work in weekly sprints and hold daily standups and retrospectives. This operations style does two things: first, it makes the performance of tasks plannable and transparent. Second, due to the continuous handover of completed system components, it also provides a product that can be tested and used sooner.

We believe that an enjoyable workplace increases motivation exponentially – it is also a source of high quality work. With this in mind, we pay special attention to strengthening the feedback culture through the power of digital transformation. This same ideology guided us when we decided to develop our own software so our employees could provide daily feedback on how they feel, how they value their tasks, how they see themselves in their work, and whether challenges hinder them at work.

We also pay special attention to continuous development, whether at the individual, team, or organizational level. We believe it’s important to have our own organized trainings and encourage the sharing of knowledge and experience. This is why we hold monthly company demo nights and roundtable discussions, and why our colleagues attend trainings and events. To make knowledge- transfers even smoother, we have developed our own communication and education platform that helps with group work and task performance with dedicated channels and tools.
